FITNESS 180° was opened in September 2005 as a second personal training location for Stony Creek Fitness Center, LLC (Noblesville, IN). The primary service of Fitness 180° is to offer personal training of the highest standard by fitness professionals. Fitness 180° also offers indoor cycling classes, crossfit classes, and sport-specific team training (on and off site). The locker rooms for both men and women are equipped with steam rooms and free towel service for all personal training clients. The services (personal training, indoor cycling, and crossfit classes) are sold in individual sessions or as a package. We offer our cardio area for all personal training clients to use at their convenience. The cardio area includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, and upright bikes.
The staff at Fitness 180° believes in tailoring programs for the needs of all clients to help them reach their fitness goals. We allow for flexibility with the training techniques of our professional staff. The primary goal is to create a program for each inidividual that is result-producing, safe, client-specific, and that lacks monotony.
